Thanks for making this post! I don't really have anything constructive to add, but there have been a lot of awesome ideas suggested here! Sometimes when I see anon hostility to the umpteenth degree I feel a little frightened by our community, but then I see stuff like this and am reminded (hoping at least) that the majority of our comm is full of wonderful people who just occasionally lose their way.
