This is Serenity Rose, from ... Serenity Rose. She is 23 years old, a witch, and has a crippling social phobia. Hooray!!
Basically, witches in Sera's world are freaks of nature -- there are only about fifty-ish of them on the planet at any time. When one witch dies, the very next baby is born a witch. Genetics, heredity, etc has nothing to do with it. So it's like she won the lottery! The being effed-up lottery. H-hooray?
I have started her Wiki page here, and also, you can read the first two volumes of her comic for free right here.
I will intro her uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh some point very soon.
