a new character appears!

Hey, it's Chloe, rper of Hikari, and I'm bringing in a new character. Misty from Pokémon! Nice to finally have a second character here!

So, um, yeah. Get ready for more red-head anger, though really it's not as strong anymore because of character development. She's bringing in 6 of her Pokémon, powered: Azurill, Corsola, Gyarados, Psyduck(though is it really powered?), Staryu, and Politoed.

She's from around the same canon point as Ash, but not aware of many events happening at this point because she is busy being Ceulean Gym leader. Also, her loss is her already-low-tolerance of bug Pokémon, since there are so many pokémon here already.

Great to bring her here!
