back again for some extreme baking

Hey there everyone and anyone, I'm Chloe and while this isn't my first time here, I am now new to here again. I'm bringing in Horaki Hikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion, in an attempt to bring one of my muses back to their old haunts.

She comes from episode 24, that episode where... basically most of the population of Tokyo-3 is evacuated after a pretty nasty Angel attack, and her loss is her memories of Suzuharu Toji, because I am a mean person.
