Fff Misa hasn't gotten to use the DN for a variety of reasons so I feel like she counts. Not sure about Faith? She has superpowers, but her powers be real lame compared to the superhero comic chars and shounen chars so she doesn't do much hero'ing. XD Either way is ttly fine.
