I COULDN'T RESIST, DAMNIT
This is Mei, finally adding a girl to her all male arsenal.
Meet Sakura Nankyoku, also known as 'Penguin', from the series Penguin Musume Heart. She comes from episode 3, "My Sister is a Third Grader" and her loss is knowing what her little sister, Kaede, looked like.
She's a hyperactive, completely unpredictable girl who's addicted to anime and manga. She will probably compare anything and everything with anime she's watched (Particularly "Takenoko-chan") and she cosplays. A lot. And tries to get her friends to cosplay. AND! She latches onto her female friends a lot. ........and she's also a pervert.
Penguin here? Also has an ability she fondly calls "Penguin Cosplay Power" in which she cosplays anything, and she gains the abilities of the costume. She uses it a lot. Fear not! If she wants to cosplay one of your characters, I will always ask for mun permission first! :D (This power does have limits, so obviously, she can't have everything!)
