raritiesIt's that time of year, Paradisa! Time for winter to pack up and go home until next year. Usually the castle does this with a wave of the proverbial hand and some fancy handy-dandy magic, but guess what?
This year, it's your turn to fix things up!
That's right, it's time for Winter Wrap-Up, as seen in song form here. It is basically an event where every
Every person in the castle will wake up on the morning of March 9th with the following items:
➢ A letterman-style black and white jacket with a stylized "P" on the back. It's very warm and comfortable!
➢ A matching scarf.
➢ A note from the castle that tells them which task group they have been assigned to, and letting them know that they must complete their task without the aid of magic. And a reminder that if their task isn't completed by the end of the day, then spring will not be coming.

If you do not see your character's name on that list and want to participate, please let me know and I'll stick them in a random group! ♥ If two of your characters ended up in the same group and you want them moved let me know so I can switch one of them to a different group.
If the tasks have been completed by the end of the day, Paradisa will wake up to a perfectly beautiful spring day on the 10th. ♥
FAQ:
What if I don't want to participate?
There is nothing stopping you from sitting this one out, don't worry! If you want to sit it out, there are still plenty of characters per team to make sure things get done. :) If your character would ICly help out but you don't want to play, feel free to have them accidentally sleep all day or something like that! It's a one day plot, so you won't miss much.
What if my character tries to use their powers anyways?
Either it just won't work or it might even set the task back a little bit, or get snow dumped on them or something. Up to you! Powers will still be available, in the event that they may need to defend themselves or whatever. But if you try to, say, use super strength to move all of the snow at once, that would be considered cheating. Exceptions will be made for magic that is used to make it possible to even attempt the task (see info about cloud moving task below).
But how are they going to get these tasks done when there's no equipment?
Characters can still wish for tools to help with their task, like shovels, plows, etc. They can also summon (if that's within their personal capabilities) or wish for things that might make their task possible.
My character is stuck with the cloud moving group, but they can't fly! What do I do?
Luna, who is heading the cloud moving task, will be able to perform a spell on the people on her team which will give them temporary butterfly-esque wings, and the ability to walk on/touch clouds.
My character wouldn't ICly participate in this, but I still want to play anyways. What do I do?
The castle could infect them with a feeling of team spirit and stuff and for some reason they're compelled to help out, if you want. But the threat of having winter forever might be enough to motivate some. ;)
What about characters that have moved into town?
It's up to you how you want to deal with that! Either they can just be transported back to their room and wake up there, OR they could just hear about it from the townspeople/journal and come back to the castle to get their stuff.
What if my character can't see/read the note/etc.?
It'll be conveyed to them similar to how the journal works, it'll just be read aloud so they can hear it.
