Hanky here, kind of back from a full hiatus. I have to stick to a semi-hiatus since.... LONG STORY SHORT, after months of waiting, I'm getting my citizenship interview in about a week and a half! So I've got to study up on the interview questions and the oath. since i really don't want to screw up an interview that cost me nearly $700 dollas ;;

Everyone is very free to encounter them. They are fenced in, but hey, if you manage to get past the fence... GROWLLLLLLL that is how bears say ilu :)

Also there is like an actual entrance, if people just want to go see bears, and a bridge that takes you right to that entrance. And those "Bear Reserve" cards were scattered all over the place, so people are welcome to try and figure them out!
