I really hate to do this because I have had an awesome time here. You guys are all great people and players and have been very welcoming. Unfortunately, I just can't keep up with the game.

Dropping

Hiatus time.

Heeeey, guys. So, to make a long story less long, the condo above the one where I live had a pipe burst at 3 AM two nights ago. When I woke up yesterday morning I had my own personal indoor waterfall/wading pool/tropical rainforest. Water damage all over the place. I got home from work today and they tore out all of the walls in the kitchen, my closet, part of my bedroom and part of the living room. Needless to say, I'll be displaced for at least a week but knowing construction it might take a lot longer [ETA! They are saying two and a half weeks now, but we'll see]. As I only have access to a desktop computer I won't have consistent net access, so I won't be around until this is fixed. I've been meaning to buy a laptop for a while so I might look into that sooner than later considering the circumstance, but there's no guarantee. So yeah, I will be hiatus for a while.

For anyone currently threading with Angel, Ares or Cupid, we can finish these up when I get back or just work out something to imply so that your characters aren't stuck in limbo for those particular scenes in the meantime. If you would rather, feel free to wrap the thread up on your own, too. I don't want to hold anyone up, and I am totally fine with any of those scenarios--just drop a note here to let me know. I still have internet on my phone so I might use it to hop on AIM, and texting is always an option for those who have my number, but yeah. Godmode rights for my characters go to Christina since I talk to her regularly, and Emily for Angel since he is currently living with Cordelia and that makes the most sense. We'll pretend Ares and Cupid are doing their own thing/ignoring the mortals for a while, and Angel is just being Angel. Hopefully I'll be back before long. D:

Hey guys!

I know I have basically been nonexistent the past few weeks and I apologize for that. Between work, packing to move to Florida, moving to Florida, and settling into my new home and work place my time online and ability to RP has been... sketchy, really. (Seriously, it took me two days to get the internet working at the apartment and then traveling of course I have no internet). But, I think I am finally getting into the groove of work (despite my flippin' crazy hours), and hopefully can get more into RPing again.

Sorry for practically dropping off the face of the planet! Glad to be back guys, and hopefully you have some patience with me as I get back into it.

Those of you that were around two years ago, you might have recalled that Paradisa has its own Groundhog Day. It's a bit backwards and it's on February 5th. Capybura Day! [for reference] Last year, it wasn't so widely celebrated. Mostly because the whole "Hey you're a townsperson, now!" didn't make them very open for their traditions. However, it's a new year and with all the crappy weather in our real lives, we'd like to give our castle residents a bit of hope. So it's back! It's also mod-approved!


HAPPY CAPYBARA DAY PARADISA!!!!

at 9AM EST on Saturday February 5th
in the Town Square

Chappy will PEE in the snow.
Which means the snow will be gone in THREE days.

Feel free to notice, ask questions, whatever you will! However, the snow will be GONE in three days, so that's always a good thing.


On a personal note: I'm sick, backtagging a lot, and in the middle of Whiteout 2011. I've got drifts up to about 6ft at my house. If you get a tag from me that's hellaOld, feel free to ignore it.

I'm baaaaaaaack.

After the most horrible two and a bit weeks of my life, I have returned with internet and a new house! Which is nice and dry if anyone was wondering. Anyway, I have a request, as I did do as much catch up as I possibly could (i went back 380 entries guys and i still wasn't caught up) if anyone is kind enough to put what has happened while I was internetless into dot points or something will be showed in love and affection and icons!! Or something.

Also if there is anything anyone wants me to backtag into forever either link it here or im it to me?? PLEASE AND THANKYOU.
