Because he's never had one before (Bad Audio baaaad D<) Subaru's having a loss and is going to be stuck in wave change form for this plot and.. some time after. Say hello to Rockman, everyone's favourite radioactive spandexy hero (maybe)!
Unless you're particularly good friends with the kid, you will be unable to recognize him (even though you can still see his dorky hairstyle and his voice sounds the same-- don't ask, that's just how it is.)
Furthermore he will call himself Rockman if anybody asks!
And he'll be stuck like this for AS LONG AS I WANT HIM TO BE so yes.
