Sleeping Plague plot!

Sleeping Plague
February 24-March 2
A strange sickness is sweeping through the castle and City Royale. The townspeople can be found falling asleep on the streets, slumped over their meals, conversations interrupted by sudden snores. Horses snooze on their feet and birds plunge from the sky, stricken with slumber.

Castle residents won't be immune either. Starting Feb. 24, an unbearable drowsiness will loom over the castle and surrounding areas, affecting everyone with some eventually succumbing to sleep's embrace. But there are no sweet dreams to be had here. Soon after, affected characters will begin walking and talking in their sleep, dreaming of their home worlds. Thorin Oakenshield may believe an army of orcs is pursuing him through stone halls while Clementine might dream of zombies.

During this time, the castle will seem somehow duller. Its stunning beauty noticeably damped to seem mundane, that spark of magic gone. It's very hard to miss.

On Feb. 27, the enemy plaguing the castle will be revealed with a chance for characters to defeat it. But the sleepwalkers won't be keeping quiet. It would seem to them as if everyone else save other affected ones are hostile enemies intent on harming something very precious from them, which is this enemy. The plot will conclude on March 2 with the much anticipated SOFT REBOOT in effect!

THE GIST: Your characters can either be affected and fight on the side of the enemy or remain unaffected, while still very drowsy and noticing how dull the castle seems, and fight against the enemy and affected characters. There will be a total of two IC mingle logs on Feb. 27 and March 2.

Gonna have Altair do his "new arrival" thing at the start of the sleeping plot for MAXIMUM TRAUMA. Wake up in castle, everything has gone to shit. Promptly fall back asleep, stumble around swinging his sword at the wrong people and call them Templars. He may or may not be screaming out his dead girlfriend's name too, because nightmares about her are a thing.

Don't worry! His aim won't be accurate unless the dream makes it so, and dreams are finicky things. So no injuries or character death unless you want it to happen (but i'm totally open for plotting that too, and he'd feel SO guilty if he hurt anyone ahaha).

Let's plan for them to run into each other on the 27th. And though there will be blades, i'm assuming neither of them will come to any serious harm? that is, unless Altair accidentally makes a boob grab. Whoops.

That sounds good. And yeah, nothing permanent. I'm not entirely sure whether I want Maria to be dreaming or not. :|a Will decide before then. Also you're not helping dispel the "Altair's woman" thing with cracks like that, sheesh.
